The brilliant blue Indian Ocean greets me every which way I look; from my lounge, bedroom and the sumptous daybeds strewn around my balcony. Constantly seducing me, its not long before I take the few steps along the walkway from my chalet onto the beach. I spend a few blissful hours tanning and bathing whilst watching windsurfers, waterskiers and traditional Dhow sailing boats make the most of the temperate turqoise waters. Perhaps tomorrow I'll be in a more active mood and go snorkelling...The coral reefs are meant to be spectacular.

Post refreshing outdoor shower, I leave for the beach again, this time its a romantic candlelit dinner for one and the freshest, most succulent fish you can imagine. The fantastic interflowing swimming pool with its tropical island-style bar and magnificent ocean views is another perfect spot for feasting, something I'm looking forward to doing a lot of!
